LKS Yoga
Laura is a Yoga Alliance Qualified Teacher (RYT 500) with over 500 hours of training and experience in Yoga teaching. Disciplines of training include Meditation, Pranayama, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga, with advanced studies in anatomy and physiology.

In Person & Online
We've all had to adapt to life with Covid, so LKS Yoga began teaching Yoga online in order to offer safe classes.

Groups & 1-1 Classes
Laura has experience in both group studio classes, and personal 1-1 sessions. 1-1 sessions are bespoke, tailor made to suit your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs.

Adults & Children
Laura's experience as a school teacher enables her to teach children too. The earlier we start, the better chance we have at raising conscious children.

Trauma Informed
Laura's training is trauma informed, meaning that classes are taught with an understanding of the effects trauma has on the mind and body.
Laura endeavours to guide students along the path of Yoga one step at a time, creating a safe and nurturing space for your self-exploration and transformation

Laura is a Yoga Alliance Registered teacher (RYT 500).
Qualifications include
- 100 hours (Bali School of Yoga)
- 500 hours (My Vinyasa Practice)
- PGCE (University of Oxford)
- Emergency First Aid (Saint John's Ambulance)
